🧂 Sangkap – Batter at Itlog:

  • 15–20 pcs itlog ng pugo (nilaga at binalatan)
  • 1 cup harina (all-purpose flour)
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp asin
  • 1/2 tsp paminta
  • 1 tsp annatto powder o orange food coloring
  • 1 pc itlog
  • 1 cup tubig (adjust kung kailangan)
  • Mantika (pang-prito)

🍳 Paraan ng Pagluluto:

  1. Pakuluan ang itlog ng pugo, palamigin at balatan.
  2. Paghaluin ang harina, cornstarch, baking powder, asin, paminta, food color.
  3. Idagdag ang itlog at tubig hanggang maging smooth ang batter.
  4. Isawsaw ang itlog sa batter at iprito hanggang maging crispy orange.

🥣 Suggested Sawsawan:

  • Sweet & Spicy Sauce (ketchup + suka + sili + asukal)
  • Sawsawang suka (bawang + sibuyas + sili)

💡 Tips sa Pagbebenta:

  • Presyo: ₱5–₱7 kada piraso
  • Pwedeng tusukin sa stick, 3 per stick = ₱15
  • Combo meal idea: Tokneneng + Gulaman = ₱20–₱25
  • I-serve with homemade sawsawan at tissue
